Many of the items you see here in our catalog are available to us from our vendors and usually arrive to our warehouse in 1 to 7 days. We'll then ship them to you via the shipping method you select during checkout. In the rare event that an item goes out of stock at the vendor, the buyer will be given the option to cancel the item, or substitute for a like item. If you choose to cancel, any payment made will be returned promptly. |

Bike Stop assumes no liability for lost or damaged goods. All claims for lost or damaged merchandise MUST be reported immediately to the delivering carrier. |
| Warranty |
Bike Stop will work on your behalf to help with warranty issues. Each manufacture has its own set of rules and guide lines. Some companies work directly with the consumer and others have you work through us as the authorized dealer of that product. We do not cover shipping on a warranty item. |
| When do we ship |
We ship within 2 to 3 business days in some not often we may take an additional 4 days to bring an item from another warehouse. If for some reason you do not get shipping details within this time frame please feel free to email us for an update on your order. |
| Tracking Numbers |
We email your Order Status update as your order ships. You can logon to our site and go to the page Order Status simple enter your Order ID number and your email address and this will show you the current status of your order. If it has shipped it will also show the tracking information. Please remember that with USPS it is only a delivery conformation and not a tracking number so this will only be scanned at time of delivery. Please email us at info@eBikeStop.com. |

You have a 30 day Money Back Guarantee on all products. This starts on the date the product is shipped. Items that can not be returned for any reason: All tools that measure, cut or thread, All tubular tires that have been glued, All undergarments.
Please return the un-used brand new never installed item to us with a copy of the invoice and reason for return.
