Payment methods
Please note that all payments are charged on the front end of the sale.

All orders paid via credit card are subject to billing address verification. The address that you enter as your billing address must be the address at which you receive your credit card statement. All orders for which the billing address does not match are subject to cancellation or verification of delivery by signature without prior notice.

Orders with a shipping address different from the stated billing address may require additional verification. To speed up the verification process, please ensure that the shipping address for the order is listed as an alternate address with your credit card company, PayPal, Google Checkout, and Amazon Simple Pay. If the shipping address is not listed on your account as an alternate address, we reserve the right to require additional documentation, ship the the billing address, add the requirement for a signature, or cancel your order.
Customer Picks-Ups You can visit our "Will Call" counter at our store in Colorado Springs at 2842C Janitell Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80906. You should place your order online first and select Will Call @ Bike Stop during checkout as your shipping method. This is a Free Service for locals. Please allow a few days for the items to arrive from the vendors. You can estimate this time based on the posted processing delay located on each item detail page. You will be emailed when your order is ready for pick up.
Ship-to locations To the United States and Approved locations only which can be found on the Country list in the shopping cart.

Shipping & Handling The Buyer pays Shipping. When a "Free Shipping" special is running, all customers are still responsible for for any Oversized Code's per product. If you have questions please contact us through email here: info@eBikeStop.com.
Sales Tax 7.4% if shipped to Colorado. Consumers are responsible for reporting thier purchases on all out of state orders according to thier State Tax Laws.
Item Shortages Many of the items you see here in our catalog are available to us from our vendors and usually arrive from our warehouse in 1 to 7 days. We'll then ship them to you via the shipping method you select during checkout. In the rare event that an item goes out of stock at the vendor, the buyer will be given the option to cancel the item, or suggest a substitute for a like item.  If you choose to cancel, any payment made will be returned in the form of which it was received.
Lost/Damage Goods Bike Stop assumes NO liability for lost or damaged goods. All claims for lost or damaged merchandise MUST be reported immediately to the delivering carrier. Customer is responsible to file for lost/damaged product. Requests for assitance must be made within 48 Hours of receiving the package. Please be sure to retain all packaging materials and take photograph's of any damage. Once a package has left our building, the Shipping Company takes responsibility for the package.
Warranty Bike Stop will work on your behalf to help with warranty issues. Each manufacturer has its own set of rules and guidelines. Some companies work directly with the consumer and others have you work through us as the authorized dealer of that product. We do not cover shipping on a warranty item.

When do we ship We have noted on each item detail page on when that item will ship (note: orders ship based on the slowest item picked in your order).

If you need items fast, look for "Ships Crazy Fast" noted on the item detail page. These items ship the same buisness day, depending on the time of the day the order is placed.

We ship 95% of all orders within 1 to 2 business days. In some rare cases we may take up to an additional 4 business days to bring an item from another warehouse. If for some reason you do not get shipping details within this time frame, please feel free to email us for an update on your order.

Also note that Holidays, circumstances beyond our control, Extreme weather, and/or acts of Divine Entities may delay your order.
Tracking Information We email your Order Status update as your order ships. You can logon to our site and go to the page Order Status simple enter your Order ID number and your email address and this will show you the current status of your order. If it has shipped it will also show the tracking information. Please remember that with USPS it is only a delivery conformation and not a tracking number so this will only be scanned at time of delivery. Return Policy Bike Stop wants you to be happy with your purchase! You have a 30 day Money Back Guarantee on our qualified products. This starts on the date the product is shipped. Our Conditions for returns are listed below:
  • Items that can not be returned for any reason:
      - All tools and eletronic media that have been opened/removed from thier original packaging.
      - All replacement tubes and tubular tires that have been glued.
      - All undergarments and swimwear.
      - All Custom Assembly Items.
      - All food and nutritional items.
  • The return must be received and signed for by Bike Stop by the 30th day from the original ship date.
  • Please return the brand new, never worn, never installed item(s) to us with a copy of your invoice and reason for return listed on the return form. Shoes may be used to determine fit but can show no signs of wear and tear. Saddles will be reviewed upon receipt to verify their eligibility for refund. There are no partial refunds on saddles.
  • The package must be returned in proper shipping conditon. Do not use the manufacturer's packaging as the outer box or attach any labels or stickers. Place the return in an acceptable carton for its size.
  • Any "Bulk" orders where a quantity of ten or more items is purchased, deems the order as non-returnable.
  • Returns are typically processed within 5-10 business days from our receipt of the package.
  • Outlet Center items are non-refundable or subject to a return fee. If there is a warranty issue or it is damaged in shipping, only a replacement or store credit will be provided at our discretion.
  • If the above conditions are not met, your order will be subject to a return fee at a minimum of 15% of the product's value.
  • If you return part or all of an order that used a Free Shipping Special, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the return credit.

    We are unable to return shipping charges. We do not offer exchanges. You need to return the unwanted item and order your new item on our site. Each item is inspected upon arrival. If the item or packaging is modified, used or damaged due to use or transportation, you will either be charged a restocking fee based on the scenario or we will ship it back to you for a small processing fee.

    General: eBikeStop.com will protect your privacy. We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information such as your name, email address or purchase history under any circumstance.

    We use our customers' email addresses to confirm orders, update order information and to notify contest participants (when applicable). You may choose to receive our email newsletter to update you on sale events and special notices. The choice of receiving or not receiving sale notices and product-related emails is yours. You can subscribe or unsubscribe at anytime.

    Cookies:
    We use cookies on the site to manage the processing of your order. The cookie we receive does not gather any information about your name, address, billing information, or credit card. It is used solely to help us maintain your shopping cart during the checkout process.

    Changing Orders We will do our best to accomodate your request. However, your order may be in a place within the process that we cannot change it. If your order includes any price matches, we cannot change the order once it has been submitted. If your package has not shipped, we can attempt to cancel the order and assist you in making a new purchase. If you would like to combine order's, please contact us via email or by calling.
    Pricing Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We do not offer price protection refunds on merchandise previously purchased on our site and/or subsequently found at a lower price. Please rest assured that we are offering you, our valued customers, the best possible price we can based on our real-time cost for the merchandise. If our price for an item is lowered within 10-days or your order, you may contact us to request a store credit in the amount of the difference. This does not apply to shipping specials. Despite our best efforts to advertise prices appropriately, Bike Stop is not responsible for typographical and related pricing errors. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for pricing error related issues. Any data or typographical error's that cause pricing issues are not under the price protection. Bike Stop is not responsible for pricing/discounts displayed on any other site, including price comparison sites, coupon sites, etc., which may be gathering information from our site inaccurately and/or without our cooperation and permission.
    Taxes and Customs Declaration International shipments are generally subject to local import duties and taxes. We are not responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice regarding any duty and customs related fees that may be incurred during the import/export of an item originating from the United States. For specific information, please consult with your local government import office. We do not change the invoice total on customs forms for any reason. For In-State (Colorado) orders we charge our local tax rate of 7.4%.
