Customer Service / Data Maintenance
We are accepting applications for a full time position. Duties will include answering customer emails and phone calls, merchandising and checking in inventory, packing orders, maintaining system information, etc. In our working environment, this position does everything. It is very fast paced. We are open Monday through Friday 8-5, and not on weekends. The job is 40 hours per week and includes 1 week of paid vacation after the first year.
Pay based on experience.
Skills and Job Requirements Needed:
- 2 years of Bicycle Industry experience.
- Computer Skills - Email, Web, (Outlook, Excel, Web Browsers)
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Be confident with personal interaction
- The ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Must be dependable
- Minimum 1 year commitment - training included
- 1-2 Part-Time Weekend Days Required for Training
